A maintenance program that provides more piece of mind by covering select maintenance services. 2017 and 2018 Cadillac vehicles, with the exception of the 2017 Cadillac XT5, are covered for 3-years or 36,000 miles1. The 2017 Cadillac XT5 and all 2011 to 2016 Cadillac vehicles are covered for 4-years or 50,000-miles1. The Premium Care Maintenance Program is fully transferrable.


The Cadillac 6-year or 70,000-mile1 Powertrain Warranty offers more years and miles standard than BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Audi. In addition, our 4-year or 50,000-mile1 bumper-to-bumper warranty covers repairs on your entire vehicle, including parts and labor, to correct any concerns in materials or workmanship.

OnStar allows you to make and receive Hands-Free Calling5 safely in your Cadillac. Available OnStar with 4G LTE and built-in Wi-Fi® hotspot6 is capable of supporting seven mobile devices at once, and utilizes a high-speed, highly reliable 4G LTE connection to help you stay better connected to the world around you.


In a crash, built-in sensors can automatically alert a specially trained OnStar Advisor who is immediately connected into your Cadillac to see if you need help sent to your exact location.3


OnStar can use GPS technology to help authorities quickly locate and recover your stolen vehicle, and can even send a remote signal to gradually slow down your vehicle to aid in its recovery.4


An OnStar Advisor can download turn-by-turn directions to your Cadillac. A voice will then call out every turn, or the directions can be sent to your navigation system, if equipped.


Cadillac has standard Roadside Assistance services for 6 years or 70,000 miles1. This 24/7 program provides lockout, towing, refueling, Dealer Technician Roadside services and more. If your vehicle is equipped with an active OnStar subscription, simply press the blue button for assistance. If not, please call 1-800-224-1400 for roadside service.


The Cadillac Courtesy Transportation program provides alternative means of travel and/or reimbursement of certain transportation expenses if your Cadillac requires warranty repairs within 6 years1 or 70,000 miles1.


Your time is precious. That is why Cadillac now offers door-to-door Premium Concierge Service. You can choose to receive your new vehicle at home, at your business or another location of your choosing. You also have the opportunity to have your vehicle picked up and returned to you when it requires service or maintenance. Simply make an appointment online or by calling your dealership.
